If you’ve been looking for a two-bedroom home on a lower floor, this fully renovated sponsor co-op at Lafayette Estates is one you’ll want to see. Its first-floor location makes coming and going easy, with less time spent waiting for or riding the elevator.

Inside, the open living and dining area feels bright, spacious, and easy to settle into. Wide-plank flooring and crisp white walls create a fresh, modern look, while oversized windows bring in plenty of natural light.

The renovated kitchen opens right into the living space, making the layout feel connected and welcoming. It features warm wood-tone cabinetry, white countertops, stainless-steel appliances, modern black hardware, pendant lighting, and a peninsula that adds extra room for food preparation, casual meals, or seating.

Both bedrooms offer comfortable proportions and natural light, with clean, neutral finishes that make it easy to add your own style.

Located at Lafayette Estates in the Soundview section of the Bronx, this sponsor unit requires no co-op board application. It’s a beautifully updated home with the everyday convenience of first-floor living, close to Soundview Park, shopping, transportation, and other neighborhood essentials.
